Using this website

The content on this site, including text, images, and the brand identity, belongs to Digital Kuwala or the respective project clients credited in the Work section, unless stated otherwise. You're welcome to browse, share links to it, and get in touch, but please don't reproduce or repurpose the content without asking first.

Accuracy

We keep this site up to date as best we can, project statuses, service descriptions, and contact details included, but we can't guarantee it's error-free at every moment. If something looks out of date, let us know.

Enquiries and quotes

Submitting a contact form or enquiry through this site doesn't create a contract between you and Digital Kuwala. A project only begins once scope, timeline, and cost have been discussed and agreed directly, typically by email or message.

Project work

General terms that apply once a project is agreed, unless we've specifically agreed otherwise in writing:

• Ownership of the final deliverables (code, designs, files) transfers to the client on final payment, as described on the Services pages
• Feedback and revisions follow the structure agreed at the start of the project, extra rounds beyond that can usually be accommodated but may affect timeline or cost
• Post-launch support windows (where included in a service) cover fixes to what was built, not new feature requests

Limitation of liability

We build things to work correctly and test before handover, but as with any software or design work, we can't guarantee it will be completely uninterrupted or error-free forever, particularly once it's been modified by someone else after handover. Digital Kuwala isn't liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of a delivered project.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malawi.
